Skywatch Friday

Welcome to my world in the Canary Islands.
This photo of the Tenerife sky shows the volcano Teide, the highest mountain in Spain, silhouetted against a creamy skyscape of billowing clouds. The photo was taken in February 2009 from my neighbourhood.

  4. Those are amazing clouds over Teide. I visited Tenerife many years ago but didn't see the mountain looking so wonderfully dramatic.

    Love your header too.

  5. Nice photo. It looks like a volcano with smoke coming out of the crater.

  9. Beautiful photo, as are the others photos I see on your blog. My husband and I are looking for somewhere to retire ---we hadn't considered the Canary Island, but they certainly look beautiful.
